Your First Visit

For your first visit to our office, we ask that you fill out our patient forms (available in our Patient Resources section) and provide necessary insurance information. Your dental history forms will help us understand your specific needs and any issues unique to your health. We may take X-rays to examine the current condition of your oral health and identify areas of concern or diagnose problems, such as cavities or infections, before they become serious. Dr. Meyers will discuss with you your dental goals and explain your options for achieving the smile you want. Together, you and he will design a treatment plan and schedule to improve your individual smile. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about your oral health. We welcome new patients and invite you to schedule your next appointment with us soon.
